Picture orders containing physical prints are delivered 2-3 weeks after ordering.
Digital orders are delivered shortly after ordering. Please note that if digital orders are placed on a weekend or holiday, it may take 1-5 days for delivery.
An email containing links to the digital images is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Typically, this email is delivered shortly after an order is placed. However, if digital images are placed over the weekend or a holiday, this email containing your links will be delayed 1-5 business days. Also, please check your junk folder for this email. Or search your inbox for it using [email protected].

Unfortunately, our software does not allow our customers to place different jobs into the same cart to checkout. You will need to order each different school/dance studio/sports league separately. Please contact customer service if you need help with this.
